GEMS employs an in-house team of over 5,000 multi-skilled education professionals and staff from around the world who are supported by an advisory board of eminent educationalists. Dedicated, qualified and experienced teachers are selected for their expertise and their ability to create motivational atmospheres for students.

All our teachers participate in ongoing training programmes to ensure that the strategies, methods and resources they use reflect the standards of best practice from around the world.

Entire GEMS staff has access to professional opportunities that include international placement, training and professional development programmes.
